Answer: Yes, we frequently run specials and promotions throughout the year. We also welcome all reasonable offers — feel free to reach out with yours!

Customer: Are there any back taxes, liens, or encumbrances?


Answer: If there’s anything owed or attached to the property, it will be clearly noted in the listing. However, we always encourage buyers to perform their own due diligence before making a purchase.
 

3.

Customer: I can’t find a property I saw a few days ago — what happened?


Answer: If a property sells, it’s immediately moved from the “Available” or “Shop” section to the “Sold” category. It may also have been temporarily removed from the site. For the most accurate list of what’s currently available, check the “Shop” page on our website.
 

4.

Customer: Can you send me more details about the property?


Answer: Everything we know about each property is already included in the description on the listing page. If it’s not listed, we don’t have additional information.
 

5.

Customer: Are you the actual owner?


Answer: We personally own the majority of properties listed on our site. Occasionally, we help other sellers advertise their land. If you’d like to know whether we own a specific property, just ask — we’ll be happy to clarify.

Customer: Do you have other properties for sale in my area?


Answer: All available inventory is listed on our website. Visit [your website] and browse by county or state. Be sure to subscribe to our email list to get notified when new land becomes available.

Customer: I have cash. Can we meet in person?


Answer: Our office is based in Long Island, NY. If you’re located in another state, meeting in person may not be practical — but don’t worry, we offer several safe and convenient payment options.

Customer: Do you offer seller financing?


Answer: Yes! Many of our properties are eligible for seller financing, though not all. If financing isn’t mentioned in the listing, send us a message and we’ll confirm whether it’s available for that property.

Customer: Why are the prices so low?


Answer: We acquire properties at deeply discounted prices through auctions and direct purchases, which allows us to pass those savings directly to our customers. You get great land at a great deal!

Customer: I have a property I’d like to sell. Would you be interested in buying it?

If we’re interested, we’ll contact you — and in many cases, we can close within 3–5 business days!

Customer: Is this real?


Answer: Absolutely! Every property we list is 100% legitimate and can be verified directly with the county clerk’s office where the property is located.

Customer: How do I buy a property and when will I receive my deed?


Answer: You can purchase any property directly on our website using a debit or credit card. Just visit our site, select the property you want, and complete checkout securely.

Once payment is received, we’ll need your full name (or business name) and mailing address to prepare the deed. We’ll send you a photo copy for your review before submitting it to the county for recording. After the county records the deed, they’ll mail the official copy to you — this typically takes 3–4 weeks.

If your purchase is being handled through a title company or closing attorney, they’ll guide you through the process and handle all necessary paperwork.
